1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. toto22 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided. False or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual, household, device, and IP address is permitted to hold one toto22 account only. 3. Account Obligations

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Available methods may be updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Policy

• toto22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where abuse, collusion, or irregular betting patterns are detected.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. toto22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

toto22 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may be carried out with or without advance notice. toto22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance windows.

10. Privacy & Data

By registering for a toto22 account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations and are handled in strict confidence by the toto22 compliance team.

11. Responsible Gaming
